SME on Tableau BI Dashboard development, Data Management & Analysis. Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL database (Mongo DB preferred) querying.POSITION DESCRIPTION
Dashboard Development Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards in enterprise environments Modify and extend existing reporting solutions. Utilize advanced Tableau Desktop features (parameter actions, LOD expressions, relationships/joins, complex interactions, custom visualizations). Design intuitive, visually clean, and story-driven dashboards focused on user experience. Translate loosely defined requirements into polished, functional dashboards with minimal oversight. Data Management & Analysis Write and optimize SQL queries, especially in PostgreSQL environments. Work with messy or imperfect data; identify and resolve data quality issues. Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau performance issues (workbook optimization, calculations, filters, queries). Testing & Quality Assurance Deliver accurate, thoroughly tested, and low-defect dashboards. Perform dashboard testing, validation, and bug fixing, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
