Janitorial Technician – Harris ML Group (Jani-King Franchise)

Harris ML Group, an authorized franchise of Jani-King Commercial Cleaning Services, is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain clean, safe, and orderly environments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, including floor care (sweeping, mopping, etc.)
• Complete routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Organize and maintain custodial closets and supply areas
• Ensure cleaning equipment remains in good working condition
• Work effectively both independently and alongside team members

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods (2–3 hours consecutively)
• Capable of handling a physically demanding workload
• Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Requirements

• Availability to work Monday through Friday , with occasional Saturdays
• Must be available to start at 6:30 PM nightly
