As a Security Officer Full Time in Shawnee KS you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare manufacturing location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities within a healthcare manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings production areas access points parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the facility verify credentials as directed and document visitor contractor and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports incident reports and patrol documentation and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
