About the role As a Product Manager II within Solution Management for the Cleared Derivatives business, you will provide product thought leadership for one of the most important solution lines within the Capital Markets organization. You will own the cross product Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy, identifying primary business growth areas through implementation of AI and coordinating with FIS BPaaS teams and our clients to drive FIS’ market leading and next generation product offerings. Reporting directly to the VP Product Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the success of FIS’ post-trade solutions and the associated business targets. Responsibilities Evaluate and understand opportunities to enhance the Cleared Derivatives product suite with AI tooling to improve user workflows and experience. Implement a unified AI product strategy across the product ecosystem and align this with client requirements and security. Collaborate with other lines of business within Capital Markets to ensure a unified approach to AI implementation across solutions and portfolios. Partner with the Executive team & Sales to provide content for market messages, sales collateral and as needed RFPs. Client relationship management through the product lifecycle, including as AI Solution Lead across the value streams. Coordinate growth initiatives and new investment spend to ensure tracking of focus areas for our clients align with our development roadmap and planning for AI. About the team Solution Management within Cleared Derivatives drives the product strategy and roadmap for the Cleared Derivatives business and are the team responsible for running the business. You will be joining a team of 6 driven individuals working together across products within the Cleared Derivatives business to drive revenue growth and increase the business EBITDA. As a Product Manager II you will work closely with our functional partners across Client Support, Development and Professional Services to ensure the end product being delivered to client’s allows the business to continue to hit sales targets and meet client requirements. Qualifications and Requirements Cleared Derivatives experience is desired; a background either from a trading or post-trade perspective will ensure you can best achieve desired outcomes for the business. Prior product management experience is not required, however an ability to understand how to translate client and/or business requirements into product functionality and define, develop, test and deploy software is helpful. Ability to work independently and drive business initiatives, client engagement and marketing with innovative thought leadership.
