Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule

12hr Days 7a-7p Weekdays with Every Other Weekend 7p-7a

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state required at time of submission
• Up to date resume with 2-3 years of Emergency Room experience
• Current Certifications: BLS & ACLS
• EMR Experience: Preferred experience with Cerner
• Must have strong Medsurg/PCU experience, including cardiac drip experience
• Ability to orient to psych annex and float to Medsurg units if needed

Responsibilities

• Manage patients in the Emergency Department and assist with admit holds
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
