Job Summary
Love sports and working with kids? Looking for a fun weekend job?
Weekend game days (Saturday and/or Sunday, depending on location) throughout each 6-week season. This is a great opportunity for teachers, coaches, college students, former athletes, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and sports. Responsibilities
- Officiate youth soccer games in accordance with i9 Sports rules.
- Promote good sportsmanship and create a positive experience for players, coaches, and families.
- Enforce rules fairly while keeping games safe, fun, and on schedule.
- Communicate clearly with coaches, players, parents, and i9 Sports staff.
- Keep score and manage game timing as needed.
- Represent i9 Sports with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules.
- Experience playing, coaching, or officiating soccer preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Passion for working with kids and youth sports.
