Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans the mechanical and piping maintenance/TAR work for operating facility
Provides effective job plans to accomplish work completion in an efficient and effective manner, including material & tool requirements labor estimates, and work instruction
- Plans mechanical maintenance work with special attention paid to all control of work and regulatory requirements that may apply
- Identifies the need for outside Contractors and associated scope of work
- Reviews submitted work orders for completeness and accuracy communicating with Operations & Maintenance Coordinators as needs
- Develops and ensures the accuracy of Bill of Materials making edits and additions as needed in SAP
- Identifies part discrepancies, additional work needed, work task edits, reoccurring problems in area of responsibility through review of completed work orders in order to improve future job package
- Assist scheduler with identification of work order simultaneous operations, coordination constraints, and sequencing

- Demonstrate knowledge of the workflow process and an understanding of the planner role within the workflow
- Ability to accurately plan jobs including materials and labor estimates
- Demonstrate proficiency with SAP and the ability to meet responsibilities
- Ability to work with others in a teamwork environment
- Meet your commitment to complete work by certain dates or within agreed effort hours
- Be positive and respectful in your discussions with clients and coworker
- Provide feedback on work process improvement
