Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies. Required Qualifications Physical Therapist (Skilled). Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. Active Florida PT license. 1 reference in entire work history. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting. Prior SNF experience. Early start date of 7/13/2026.
