Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will configure, automate, and maintain Salesforce and associated GTM systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective business solutions. Key responsibilities Build and maintain configurations across Salesforce and the GTM tool ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and functionality Develop declarative automation and support troubleshooting of integrations, maintaining data quality and flow across systems Translate requirements into working solutions, managing user permissions and contributing to documentation and deployment processes Required qualifications 1 to 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or configuration experience, including Sales Cloud Practical experience with declarative automation and user management within Salesforce Comfort with data management tools and a solid understanding of data flow between systems Familiarity with integrations and APIs, with a willingness to learn scripting or Apex/LWC Genuine interest in utilizing AI tooling for workflow optimization and process automation
