Medical Laboratory Technician Job Description

MLR is seeking an enthusiastic Medical Technologist to join our team at our state-of-the-art flagship hospital. In this role, you will conduct a wide range of clinical laboratory tests and procedures, delivering precise and timely diagnostic information to support our healthcare providers.

Medical Laboratory Technician Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
ASCP certification or equivalent required
Over 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
In-depth understanding of laboratory regulations and quality control standards
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Keen attention to detail and precision
