Class A CDL Drivers Wanted

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a local intermodal account based in the Buffalo, NY area. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking local routes, consistent freight, and daily home time. Drivers enjoy steady work, access to modern equipment, and support from an experienced operations team.

This position primarily operates out of local rail yards and focuses on moving intermodal freight within a 150-mile radius of Buffalo. While this is a local position, occasional overnight stays in the truck may be required due to weather conditions or freight demands.

Job Details

Local driving position
Operate within a 150-mile radius of Buffalo, NY
Run freight to and from local rail yards
Home daily in most circumstances
Occasional overnight stays may be required due to weather or load scheduling
Consistent freight volume
Dedicated intermodal operation

Equipment

Modern company equipment
Day cab and sleeper truck operation may be required
Trucks must remain at the account during time off
Equipment cannot be taken home

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of orientation
Hazmat endorsement costs reimbursed with proper documentation
Reliable transportation to and from the terminal
Strong safety record
Professional and dependable work ethic

Additional Information

Some freight may involve cross-border operations in the future
Current Canada-related freight is handled by drivers with a passport or enhanced license
Opportunity to work in a stable intermodal environment with consistent freight

Holiday Schedule

Thanksgiving: May be required to work
Christmas: Off
New Year's Day: May be required to work
