The Position
We need an organized, tech-savvy Property Manager with at least two years of market-rate property experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep occupancy high and community thriving.
- Lead resident relations and handle lease management.
- Oversee rent collections and property upkeep.
- Ensure safety and security for everyone on site.
- Partner with local police, fire departments, and officials.
- Guide and monitor your team's success.
