Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Proven experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
• Demonstrated competency with neuro cases strongly preferred
• Confident, adaptable, and calm under pressure in complex surgical environments
• Prior experience in a Level 1 trauma center highly valued
• BLS and ACLS certification required; additional specialty credentials a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused perioperative care in a Level 1 trauma OR
• Prepare surgical suite, equipment, and patients for procedures, especially neuro and trauma cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Monitor patient status and respond swiftly to emergent situations
• Document patient information and procedure details with accuracy and compliance
• Uphold rigorous infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols
