Policy Manager

The Policy Manager will support a cross functional transformation initiative to improve the consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness of how clients and engagements are evaluated for risk exposure across the global organization. They will need to build a strong working relationship with the Global Policy Team and members of the Global Policy Working Group, as well as develop a deep understanding of the updated entity and engagement and evaluation process, drawing on the expertise of others, to develop and operationalize Risk policy updates in support of the newly developed framework and operating model.

Responsibilities Include:

• Participate in requirements definition to identify the impact on policies, procedures, and guidance
• Compose clear policies and procedures to support the client and engagement evaluation process
• Coordinate engagements with stakeholders to support the drafting/updating and reviews of policies, procedures, and guidance documentation
• Update the policy, procedures, and guidance sections within the Global Quality & Risk Management Manual
• Consult and advise stakeholder on Risk policies and procedures

Skills:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in policy writing and procedural documentation is a must
• General knowledge of risk management practice
• Experience in a large professional services firm environment and/or multi-national environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
• Agility and ability to adapt to changing priorities in fast paced environment
• Able to plan, lead, and organize complex deliverables, and be able to guide complex problems objectively and effectively to resolution
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
