Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time remote Oregon Licensed Clinical Educator will design and deliver innovative training programs for clinicians and teams, ensuring effective adoption and optimization of clinical information systems. Key responsibilities Design and implement curriculum focused on adult learning principles and real-world workflows Deliver dynamic virtual classes and multimedia training content while providing go-live support Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to enhance user confidence and system adoption Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field Epic certification in assigned modules within 6 months of hire 2 years of experience in designing and delivering education and training materials 2 years of experience with clinical information systems in a healthcare setting Active license as a clinician if applicable (e.g., RN, Physical Therapist)
