Sales Representative - Entry Level

We're looking for competitive, people-oriented Sales Representatives to join a growing team in Austin, TX. This is a chance to build real-world sales skills in a performance-based environment with clear advancement paths.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers face-to-face in a retail environment
- Present wireless technology, smartphones, and connectivity solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage the sale from first conversation through close
- Track sales activity using company systems
- Participate in ongoing training in communication and sales strategy
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- Competitive drive to meet and exceed goals
- Comfortable in customer-facing sales
- Coachable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
