Job Description Overview: Per Diem opportunity for an experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL Responsibilities: Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist to provide per diem coverage at Wellington Regional Medical Center . Your Role at a Glance Staffing Model : 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage 2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day 1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours Responsibilities : Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery Attend high-risk deliveries Oversee daily responsibilities in the nursery Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care About Wellington Regional Medical Center WRMC is a 233-bed acute care hospital serving western Palm Beach County.
