Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients. Develop and coordinate patient-centered plans of care. Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes. Initiate interventions related to changes in patient conditions. Adhere to established protocols and document care accurately.
