Inside Sales Representative

SealMaster is looking for an experienced, dependable Inside Sales Representative who enjoys working with customers and being part of a team.

This is a hands-on position supporting walk-in and telephone customers with product sales, equipment rentals, orders, and general customer service.

You will be one of the first people our customers interact with, so a professional attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service are essential.

What You'll Do

• Assist walk-in and telephone customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or equipment
• Prepare and process sales and rental orders
• Coordinate equipment rentals
• Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
• Work closely with our outside sales team
• Receive, organize, and display inventory
• Assist customers with liquid and dry products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked storefront
• Perform general sales and administrative duties
• Learn our products, equipment, and all aspects of the business

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Relevant sales, customer service, or similar experience
• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Good communication and people skills
• Dependable and accountable
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibility

Preferred:

• Inside sales experience
• Experience negotiating or working directly with customers
• Construction, paving, asphalt, or sealcoating experience
• Forklift experience

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on position that may require:

• Lifting 50 pounds or more
• Bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching
• Working both indoors and outdoors as needed
• Assisting with products, inventory, and equipment
