Remote Non-QM Underwriter

Seeking an experienced Remote Wholesale Non-QM Underwriter, the full-time position will underwrite Non-QM loans from initial review to final decision, requiring strong recent underwriting experience and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Underwrite Non-QM loans, reviewing income, assets, credit, collateral, and supporting documentation Analyze loan files for compliance with investor and program guidelines while issuing clear underwriting decisions Collaborate with underwriters, investors, and loan coordinators to maintain quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment Required qualifications Minimum 4 years of recent Non-QM wholesale/TPO underwriting experience Strong knowledge of Non-QM underwriting processes Proficiency in using Encompass for loan file management Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment Proven problem-solving skills to navigate complex scenarios Virtual Vocations Inc
