With the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and changes in the marketplace, Aflac New York is expanding and we are looking for entry level consultants / advisors. Ideal for those just out of college, looking for a career change or pursuing a second career. We love military, former law enforcement personnel, and stay at home parents looking to get back into the workforce. As a Benefits Advisor you will have the opportunity to manage your own time and schedule while building and managing your clients. You will build your own independant business while being supported by Aflac. Aflac is a Fortune 500 company and the leader in voluntary benefits in U.S. Day to Day Responsibilities:- Connect with business owners and key decisions makers for benefits, to determine which benefits programs would best fit their organization.- Support client on an on-going basis What you bring to the table:- Strong desire to help people- Self-Starter who can manage their own time What we bring to the table:- A brand that more that 90% of the population knows- Competitive commissions & vested lifetime renewals- Sales coaches and mentors to help as you build your business- Professional orientation, training, and certifications- Management opportunities for qualified candidates
