The work here directly forms the foundational data layer enabling core customer intelligence, platform functionality, and enterprise-grade reliability at scale.What You'll Actually Be DoingWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior, Lead, and Principal Engineers to serve as a key individual contributor across the Super Agent and Integration & Platform teams. In this role, you will own the hardest cross-cutting system problems, set technical direction, and drive foundational investments that enable Agentforce Operation to scale.Super AgentDiagnose and prioritize the most impactful foundational investments across the Super Agent backend, partnering with engineering leadership to sequence them against product deliveryOwn the hardest cross-cutting system problems, from architectural decomposition to cross-team interface design, going deep hands-on when the problem demands itBuild shared understanding of system health and risk across the team, transactionality, concurrency, fault tolerance, and scalingDemonstrated expertise in designing, building, and maintaining production-grade data pipelines (ETL/ELT)Expert-level proficiency in at least
