RecruiterOur client, a retail and departmental stores company, is looking for a recruiter for their Plano, TX/hybrid location.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer.Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openingsPartner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, and hiring strategySource, screen, and advance qualified candidatesMaintain accurate records and workflow in the ATSSupport offer process and hiring decisionsHelp meet recruiting demand with speed, quality, and strong executionRequirements:Please ensure that all submitted candidates have relevant retail experience, as profiles without this will not be considered.3–5+ years of recruiting experienceATS experience required - iCIMS preferredAI experience a plus - ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc.Why should you apply?Health benefitsReferral programExcellent growth and advancement opportunitiesICONMA is an equal opportunity employer.
