  • Assist with parts ordering and inventory as needed
  • Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Experience working on John Deere agricultural equipment is a strong plus.
  • Experience with agricultural equipment is a plus
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues independently
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Employer-paid health insurance contributions
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Stable, year-round employment

Work Environment

  • Mix of shop and field work
  • Variety of equipment and daily tasks
  • Smaller, team-oriented operation
  • Less bureaucracy than large corporate or dealership environments
