Machine Operator
Operate machinery to create various bearing pieces and parts for conveyors. Utilize gauges and calipers to perform quality checks on finished pieces. Assist with routine machine maintenance and upkeep. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read measurements
- Experience with tape measures, hand tools, and calipers
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience operating screw machines is a plus
- Comfortable getting hands dirty while operating machines

Work Environment
Work four days a week, Monday to Thursday, from 4:50 am to 3:30 pm, with three paid ten-minute breaks and a half-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime is rarely required. Join a small team of about 15 employees on the floor, working with older equipment and machines in a non-climate-controlled environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
