This role requires travel at some degree, but this is very much based on projects/clients and team makeup. Travel is often associated with "percentage". However, it's better to view travel is terms of "trips made." "50% travel" would equate to 26 weeks per year. This role has you making 26+ TRIPS per year but each trip is only 1-3 days in length and can be up to 5 days. A company credit card will be delivered, your leader will assign travel, and you are at liberty to book flight/car, hotel at your discretion. You will travel "above mid grade" for all trips/accommodations and you will know at least 1 week in advance of trips required. As the team grows, travel will be lessened. To be considered for this role, you should expect travel at 26 trips within the calendar year. The goal is to have 90% of the travel as "planned," meaning you will know in advance when and where you will be going, but about 10% may be "on the fly" when a customer needs a quick fix and travel is scheduled immediately.
