What We Offer Competitive pay Generous leasing & renewal commissions Professional leasing experience at a premier luxury community Ongoing training and support Opportunity to build valuable experience in the Nashville multifamily industry What You'll Do Welcome and connect with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and follow-up Lease apartments and assist prospects throughout the application process Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments and amenities Maintain model apartments and vacant homes to ensure they are tour-ready Prepare and maintain accurate leasing and resident records Respond to resident and prospect questions with professionalism and urgency Support resident retention and property marketing efforts Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies Help create a positive, high-energy experience for residents and prospects What We're Looking For Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; experience with Entrata is a plus Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
