I’m a proud Air Force veteran who has spent more than two decades in service and operations, and today I’m honored to serve my local community as a State Farm Agent here in Louisville, CO. Giving back is incredibly important to me—I’m actively involved with the Louisville Chamber of Commerce and previously served as President of Coal Creek Meals on Wheels. When I’m not working with customers, you’ll usually find me enjoying Colorado’s incredible outdoors with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marc Sisler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
