Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, IV and medication management, monitoring changes in condition, coordinating discharges, and educating patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers in a supportive, academic environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning, with strong opportunities for growth and specialty development.
