Legal Operations Manager

Legal Operations Manager We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Operations Manager to support our legal team at Exol. You will play a critical role in managing the administrative and operational pillars of a fast-paced legal department, focusing on contract management, intellectual property management and corporate governance. This is a unique opportunity to work in-house at a company at the intersection of cutting-edge automation and logistics. The Legal Team is a core part of our organization. We are strategic partners who ensure the company operates within the law, manages complex risks, and protects Exol™'s interests as we scale our Robotic Logistics Platform™. What you'll do Contract Lifecycle Management: Assist the legal team in the drafting, formatting, and administrative management of complex agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and technology licenses. Corporate Governance Support: Help maintain corporate records and assist in the preparation and filing of various corporate filings. Transaction Coordination: Assist with corporate transaction work, including mergers, acquisitions, and financing. You may oversee due diligence data rooms and coordinate with external counsel. Legal Operations: Manage the legal billing process, review outside counsel invoices, and ensure cost-effective use of external resources. Subsidiary Management: Maintain and update corporate entity records, state filings, and business licenses to ensure Exol remains in good standing across all jurisdictions. What you'll need Experience: Minimum 8 years of paralegal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience. Education: Bachelor's degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. Intellectual Property Management Experience: Experience managing an international trademark portfolio. Corporate Governance Savvy: Proven track record of supporting Board-level functions and managing corporate entities and filings. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of contract management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
