Our client, a well-established and growing public accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to join its leadership team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving the firm's continued growth while serving as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex tax matters.
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements across multiple industries.
- Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services.
- Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Mentor, develop, and coach tax managers, senior associates, and staff while fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, practice growth, staffing, and operational improvements.
- Research and interpret evolving tax laws and provide practical guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with audit, advisory, and consulting professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Ensure the highest standards of technical quality, client service, and risk management.
Qualifications
- CPA required.
- 12+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
- Previous experience as a Tax Partner, Principal, or Senior Tax Director/Managing Director ready to step into a partner role.
- Strong technical expertise in corporate, partnership, pass-through entity, and individual taxation.
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing tax teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
