Commercial Lines Account Manager

Bradish Associates is looking for a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Arlington Heights. We are a family-owned independent insurance agency with more than 35 years of experience serving businesses throughout Chicagoland and the surrounding region. Our commercial insurance practice is growing, and we are looking for someone who can help us continue building a high-trust, highly responsive agency for business owners who value strong coverage guidance, personal attention, and long-term relationships. This is not a call-center service role. We are looking for an experienced commercial insurance professional who understands that business owners need more than certificates and policy changes. They need an agency team that knows their business, communicates clearly, solves problems, and helps them protect what they have built. The right candidate will be comfortable managing commercial accounts, working directly with clients and carriers, supporting producers, reviewing policy documents, and keeping service work moving accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Managing and servicing commercial lines accounts Communicating directly with clients, carriers, producers, and internal team members Handling endorsements, certificates, audits, billing questions, policy changes, and general service requests Supporting the renewal process, including applications, proposals, coverage reviews, and carrier follow-up Reviewing policies, endorsements, audits, certificates, and other coverage documents for accuracy Helping identify coverage concerns, service needs, and account issues before they become larger problems Maintaining accurate client information and activity records in Applied EPIC Providing responsive, professional service that reflects well on the agency Qualifications Several years of commercial lines insurance experience Strong working knowledge of commercial property and casualty coverage Prior experience managing a book of commercial accounts Good judgment, strong follow-through, and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing track of the client A service mindset and a professional approach to client relationships Experience with Applied EPIC preferred An active Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred Bradish is a relationship-driven agency.
