Our established and well-respected law firm is seeking a Washington-licensed Bankruptcy Attorney to join the largest consumer bankruptcy firm in the Pacific Northwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney residing in Oregon who is licensed to practice law in Washington and is looking for a stable, salary-based position with a reputable firm.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to individuals and businesses facing financial challenges.
• Prepare and review bankruptcy petitions, schedules, motions, and related pleadings.
• Attend hearings, creditor meetings, and court proceedings as required.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications

• Active license and good standing with the Washington State Bar. Fall 2026 Washington Bar admittance OK
• Residency in Oregon.
• 0 - 3 years of bankruptcy law experience (more experience welcomed).
• Strong knowledge of federal bankruptcy laws and procedures.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working as part of a team.
