The Nurse Manager is responsible for staffing the all shifts. The Nurse Manager will oversee staff development. The Nurse Manager will coordinate all medical codes, whether real or mock, and ensure they are carried out appropriately and safely. As part of the nursing team will assist as needed with admissions, discharges and relieving for breaks or meals.
