Travel Physical Therapist - $2,063 per week

Job Summary Fusion Medical Staffing‑Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 26‑week assignment in Seneca, South Carolina. Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, examinations, and patient history. Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals. Implement physical therapy treatment plans using exercise, manual therapy, and modalities. Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely. Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document evaluations and outcomes. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other health professionals. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self‑management techniques. Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols. Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities. Collaborate in discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions to community or home settings. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations. Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA/ARC). Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Preferred: Doctoral experience or prior clinical experience; new graduates welcome. Additional certifications or licenses may be required. Essential Skills Critical thinking and service excellence. Strong interpersonal communication and English language proficiency. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Proficiency with PC skills. Physical ability: stand, move, lift 50‑100 lbs, push, pull, bend. Work effectively with diverse personnel and maintain professionalism. Adaptability to irregular schedules and concentration under pressure. Visual acuity and effective communication.
