Account Executive

Job Description Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Boston/Suffolk County/Some of Norfolk, MA for local travel to assigned customer accounts. A car and valid driver’s license is required. Responsibilities Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision‑makers Engage with C‑Suite leaders and influencers to understand their business needs Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients Collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn) A bachelor’s degree or equivalent real‑world experience A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits Base + uncapped commissions Monthly car allowance Mileage reimbursement One‑time remote work stipend Hybrid work model blending office and remote setup 24/7 online learning platform Empowered Communities and philanthropy program Competitive total rewards including wellness, work/life balance, and referral scheme Employee assistance program for mental health support Quadient is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
