Criminal Defense Attorney - Associate

*Job Overview*

* Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including pre-trial motions, hearings, and trials
* Conduct thorough legal research
* Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and memoranda with precision and clarity
* Negotiate plea agreements and settlement terms on behalf of clients
* Advise clients on legal rights, options, and potential outcomes related to criminal charges
* Collaborate with investigators, expert witnesses, and other legal professionals to build strong defense cases
* Maintain meticulous case files and documentation in accordance with legal standards
* Travel to surrounding counties
* Attorney-client visits with incarcerated clients

*Experience*

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar required
* We invite recent graduates who are seeking to commence their careers in criminal defense to submit their applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
