** Job Description: **

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in immigration law and must be fluent in Spanish. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

** Responsibilities: **

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of immigration petitions, applications, and forms.
• Conduct legal research and gather necessary documentation to support immigration cases.
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to collect information, provide updates, and explain legal procedures.
• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor case status and follow up with clients and relevant agencies.
• Translate documents and interpret conversations as needed.
• Prepare and draft correspondence, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Assist in the preparation for immigration hearings and interviews.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.

** Qualifications: **

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an immigration paralegal.
• Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of immigration law and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred.
