As a Life & Health Insurance Sales Agent with Farmers Insurance The Hadder Agency, you'll help individuals and families make important decisions about protecting their income, family, health, and financial future.

You'll develop relationships with prospective and existing clients, identify their needs, recommend appropriate Life & Health insurance solutions, and build a growing book of business while creating opportunities to increase your income and advance your career.

What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up with new sales leads
• Meet with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct Life & Health insurance needs assessments
• Identify coverage needs and protection gaps
• Educate clients about available insurance options
• Prepare and present personalized coverage recommendations
• Recommend and sell appropriate Life & Health insurance products
• Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities
• Cross-sell additional Life & Health solutions when appropriate
• Build long-term client relationships and referral opportunities
• Conduct periodic coverage reviews with existing clients
• Maintain accurate client, application, and sales records
• Meet established sales and production goals

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated, professional, and career-minded individuals who enjoy working with people, developing relationships, and helping individuals and families make important decisions about their financial protection.

Previous Life & Health insurance or sales experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and the willingness to learn are just as important.

Licensing Requirement

Candidates must currently hold or be willing to obtain an Alabama Life & Health Insurance License before beginning employment.

The Hadder Agency offers partial reimbursement of eligible licensing costs after successful completion of the training period.

Comfortable With Technology Able to learn insurance quoting and enrollment platforms, CRM software, email, and other digital sales tools.

Coachable & Eager to Learn Open to training, feedback, and continuously developing your Life & Health insurance and sales knowledge.
