Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Staff RN

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 X 9's. Weekend call is one day Saturday or Sunday every 6 weeks and night call is 4-5 per 6-week schedule.

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice in the state
• CPR certification required
• Previous registered nursing experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each patient using the nursing process.
• Provide education for patients and families from admission through discharge.
• Document nursing care and patient observations thoroughly and accurately.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and according to physician orders.
• Ensure availability of equipment and supplies for patient care and report any malfunctions.
