Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager)

Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity. Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs. Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs. Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience. Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
