Business Analyst / Project Manager

Please note that we are a Temporary Staffing Agency, all of our position are temporary Pay Rate: $65.00 / Hour Location: Houston, TX 77002 Schedule: Day Shift The Business Analyst/Project Manager (Senior) will serve as a functional subject matter expert and project lead for the implementation of the PeopleSoft 9.2 Labor Administration module. This role will support Human Resources & Talent (HRT) in implementing functionality aligned with the consultation agency policy approved by Commissioners Court. The position is responsible for leading business analysis, functional design, system configuration, integration coordination, testing, stakeholder engagement, training, deployment readiness, and post-production stabilization. The ideal candidate will possess advanced functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, with specialized expertise in Labor Administration and working knowledge of Time and Labor, Payroll for North America, Human Resources, and related HCM modules. The Business Analyst/Project Manager (Senior) will collaborate with HR stakeholders, labor relations teams, technical teams, external partners, and agency representatives to ensure that the solution meets business, contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively leading cross‑functional project activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a closely related field. Five years of progressively responsible experience performing business analysis, functional systems analysis, project management, or PeopleSoft HCM implementation and support. Three years of hands‑on functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or a comparable PeopleSoft HCM environment. Demonstrated experience supporting or implementing PeopleSoft Labor Administration, labor relations, union, or collective bargaining functionality.
