Maintenance Lead

UniFirst is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, utilities, and building systems to ensure safe, reliable operations and minimal downtime. You will lead and mentor maintenance technicians, manage schedules and work orders, and partner closely with production teams to prioritize repairs. The Maintenance Lead helps drive a safety-first culture, supports continuous improvement of equipment reliability, and contributes to UniFirst’s long-term, team-oriented growth.
