Project Manager

Brock Mountain is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position covering projects throughout the Nation , combining remote office responsibilities with regular travel to active project sites. Our work includes heavy civil and site construction, earthwork, drainage, roadway improvements, concrete, sheet-pile systems, flood-mitigation projects and other complex federal and commercial infrastructure work. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage projects from preconstruction through final completion while maintaining strong communication among owners, prime contractors, subcontractors and field personnel. Key Responsibilities: Manage project schedules, budgets and cost controls Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors and material deliveries Review plans, specifications, contracts and project requirements Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and project documentation Maintain strong safety, quality and environmental compliance Provide consistent communication and accurate progress reporting Travel throughout the Southeast as required We are looking for someone who understands civil construction, takes ownership of their projects and knows how to solve problems while keeping the work moving forward. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification P.E. license, PMP, CCM or PMI-CP certification is a plus Required Experience: Five or more years of project management experience in sitework or civil construction Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
