NOW HIRING: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated therapy team. Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN If you're passionate about helping residents improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life, we'd love to have you join our team. - Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions
- Monitor resident progress and response to treatment
- Communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Complete required daily documentation and treatment notes
- Participate in resident care plans and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA license in good standing required
- Experience working with the geriatric population preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing quality resident care
- Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities

- Work with both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
