If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP AI & Agent Governance to join our Advisory Technology Organization.Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled and agentic business processes across SAP Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other enterprise functionsApply SAP functional and business process expertise to define AI agent responsibilities, delegated authority, access models, approval thresholds, segregation of duties requirements, and governance controlsDesign governance frameworks for AI agents and other non-human actors, including identity, roles, lifecycle management, monitoring, controls, guardrails, and human oversight requirementsEvaluate risks associated with AI-enabled business processes and design practical control frameworks, escalation mechanisms, exception handling, transaction limits, and runtime monitoring capabilitiesCollaborate with SAP BTP, integration, IAM/IGA, security, cyber, GRC, and AI teams to establish governed access to SAP applications, workflows, APIs, and enterprise dataFacilitate client workshops and support engagement delivery while contributing to KPMG methodologies, accelerators, thought leadership, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives for Trusted AgentsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in SAP functional consulting, SAP business process transformation, S/4HANA programs, intelligent automation, AI-enabled transformation, enterprise architecture, identity, security, controls, or related technology initiativesBachelor'sdegree in business, information systems, engineering, technology, or relatedfield preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus sevenyears of relevant SAP implementation experienceStrong hands-on understanding of one or more SAP business process areas such as Finance/Controlling, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset Management, or Human Capital Management, including SAP processes, transactions, master data, workflow, integrations, and business requirementsExperience with AI, intelligent automation, SAP BTP, SAP Build, workflow, APIs, integration platforms, copilots, AI agents, or other emerging automation technologies is strongly preferredUnderstanding of identity and authorization concepts including least privilege, role-based access, delegated authority, segregation of duties, privileged access, identity lifecycle management, and related governance controlsStrong ability to translate business process requirements into practical AI, automation, governance, risk, and control solutions; project or team leadership experience within consulting or professional services is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with senior business and technology leadersTravel could be as high as 80% at timesApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
