If the role interests you and you would like to be considered we encourage you to apply!This hourly role follows the Scotts step pay progression scale and typically starts at $29.40 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

In this role you will:

• Gather and prepare samples for chemical analysis.
• Analyze samples via spectrophotometric, chromatographic, and wet chemistry techniques.
• Record laboratory information in SAP for product release.
• Report results to operations.
• Perform daily calibration and preventive maintenance on lab instruments.
• Complete housekeeping and 5S tasks.
• Keep all laboratory data management records up to date.
• Complete special projects and reports as assigned.
