Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding counties for over 70 years. Manatee Memorial Hospital also offers a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for babies with special needs.

The Charge Nurse assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and providing direct/indirect nursing care to patients, families, and appropriate others under the direct supervision of the Nursing Director for the unit. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and educates other nursing personnel to provide and facilitate optimal health care outcomes in accordance with Manatee Health policies and procedures, standards and philosophy. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

This opportunity is for a full-time nights Charge RN position with the Bayshore Gardens F.E.D. Previous supervisory experience, preferred. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of ED experience. Current ER experience, required.
