Wound Care RN

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Wound Care RN to deliver specialized wound management across our Healthcare & Medical Services network. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based wound care for diverse patient populations, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include advanced wound assessments, dressing selection, debridement within scope, patient and family education, and accurate documentation.
