Product Owner

Seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Owner, the full-time remote position will lead the evolution of underwriting and rating platforms in Personal Lines, blending product management discipline with business analysis and insurance expertise. Key responsibilities: Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for underwriting and rating platforms Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with Agile teams to ensure clarity and readiness for development Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, facilitating workshops and communication Required qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles, preferably in insurance technology Strong understanding of insurance underwriting, rating methodologies, and policy lifecycle Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools Demonstrated experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
